  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

4. Delivery of Products

  • Digital photos are delivered via a secure link or gallery platform (e.g., Pixieset).

  • Delivery timelines vary by package and may take 1-5 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your order (e.g., missing files, wrong delivery), please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All images are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Lina Photography Sport.

  • When you purchase a photo, you are buying a license for personal use only.

7. Booking Sessions

  • All photoshoots must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the shoot for a refund or reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of your payment.

  • Loss or damage to downloaded files after delivery

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., gallery hosting, payment processors)
